1. The form should be filled in capital letters only.
2.  It is compulsory to attach the Xerox copy of X mark sheet for students of class XI/XII and Class XII mark sheet for XII passed/B.Sc. students.

RULES & REGULATIONS
1. The student who is enrolled with Institute will have to regularly work hard. In case, if the teachers
feel that the student is not working hard, creating indiscipline in the institute, irregular in
attendance, not responding properly, he/she may be expelled from the Institute. The decision of the
Directors in this regard will be final and binding on the student. No fee or part of the fee will be
refunded in such cases
2. After depositing money towards course fee, if a student becomes disinterested or fails to join classes in
the institute due to any reason whatsoever and wants to take his/her money back, the institute will not
refund the money back, the institute will not refund the money deposited towards course fee. The
money deposited towards a particular course will not be adjusted against any other course and is not
refundable if a student doesn’t join that particular course
3. The responsibility of getting admission form forwarded to the examining body is that of the student
himself/herself or that of the Guardian.
4. It is for the student himself/herself to see whether to see whether he/she is eligible for a certain
examination or not. The Institute does not hold itself responsible if a student’s admission form cannot
be forwarded or is rejected by the examination body on any ground whatsoever. Such a student
cannot claim a refund of the whole or any part of the fee he/she has paid to th e Institute
5. Incomplete forms will be rejected. It is compulsory to attach Xerox copy of X/XII mark sheet and
passport size photograph to admission form. The institute reserves the right to use the photograph for
publicity in case the student secures position/success in IIT/DCE/REC’s/MEDICAL2001. The
student should also staple two extra photographs with the form.
6. The parents can meet Director for any inquiry about their ward progress or any other problem
concerning their ward with the prior appointment only.
7. Any change of address should be notified to the office without delay.
8. STUDENTS ENROLLED WITH TRIPLE A EDUCATION HAVE TO PROVIDE XEROX COPY OF ADMIT
CARD OF IITJEE/ DCE/REC’S / MEDICAL AS SOON AS THEY RECEIVE THEIR ADMIT CARDS
FROM THE EXAMINING BODY.
9. Triple A Education reserves its right to make any alteration in its programmes/fees/venue without
any prior motive to anybody.
10. In case of any dispute, the decision of Directors is final and binding on all faculty members, students,
parents & business associates. All disputes are subjected to jurisdiction of Distt. Court.
